Well, again, don’t forget season four takes place roughly a week after season three. She probably reacted the same as she did in “Be Careful What You Witch For” we just didn’t see it.
Also she probably was still in shock over Prue’s death and hadn’t fully processed that she was gone. She did end up breaking down in the end of the episode though!
